Reverse Garbage at 2013 Mardi Gras Fair Day!

Reverse Garbage will be hosting a stall at Fair Day 2013 this Sunday 10 February from 9am onwards!

Look out for our RG staff and some fabulous examples of creative reuse at the Reverse Garbage stall located  in the Youth Hub Area. The Nudl God and RG Creative team will be on-hand to answer any questions about reuse and waste reduction, as well as offer any advice regarding creative reuse and your upcoming corporate, community or social event. Also in session will be Ms. Death who will be knitting her heart out live for a number of current RG projects and sitting alongside her fabulous dress made of curtain material scraps found at Reverse Garbage’s Marrickville site.

Visitors will also be given the opportunity to enter our Fair Day competition to win a reuse basket full of reuse goodies and a $100 Reverse Garbage gift voucher.

Reverse Garbage is proud to support both Mardi Gras and ACON at Fair Day this year through the provision of reuse decorations and art installations to be used on the day. There will be a reuse dress making challenge held using materials from Reverse Garbage, facilitated by the Mardi Gras Youth Hub Area organisers. And you won’t be able to miss our giant reuse art installation, ‘WE … are ENDING HIV’ in support of ACON’s recently launched ENDING HIV Campaign.

We look forward to seeing all our customers, friends and family at the Youth Hub Area at Fair Day for a fun day in the sun!
