Reverse Garbage afloat at the 2014 Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras

Parade6

Reverse Garbage celebrated the 2014 Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras in the ‘thick of things’, marching along in our Reverse Garbage float made entirely of reuse materials.

The theme for Reverse Garbage’s Mardi Gras float was “Love the Planet. Love Each Other”  – an important message for all of us and how we treat the planet we live on, as well as celebrating the diversity of the LGBTQI community.

Reverse Garbage also supported Mardi Gras by offering a 20% discount on materials for all floats entered into the parade.

If you participated, we welcome donations of leftover/unwanted float materials as donations to encourage reuse!
