Education is the most effective way to evoke change. Can you help us expand our education programs by donating before 30 June?
Save the planet … and some tax

Knowledge is power!
To help us reach double the 16,562 people p.a. we were reaching pre-COVID, we’re building a learning garden and two new accessible and adaptable learning spaces at our new location.
Our sustainability education program has been running since 1975, long before it became the hot topic it is now. We have all the knowledge and experience; we need your help to create the space.
Your donation will fund:
Inspirational education spaces
These will be no ordinary classrooms – that wouldn’t be very RG, would it? Imagine a space where everything you see has ‘lived’ before, where everything from the door handles to the wall panels have their own back story. We’ll showcase reuse at its best!
Creative learning methods
As the experts in creative reuse, we use making and playing to prompt people to think differently about their waste (and what they consume in the first place). While they’re exploring the different materials, we discuss reducing, reusing and recycling, and sustainable living in general.
Empowering the community
Our workshops and festival activities reach people from age 2- 102. Understanding the lifecycle of resources gives people of all ages the power to make choices, to make changes and to take action. Climate action!
You can take action by donating to support us. All donations of over $2 are tax deductible. We are grateful for every cent.
