Reverse Garbage has had a long connection with Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre, bringing sustainability and creativity together through interactive installations and hands-on workshops. Over the years, we have transformed discarded materials into immersive art experiences, engaging visitors of all ages in the possibilities of reuse. One more recent standout project was the Winter Blast event, where we created a magical winter wonderland using rescued materials, including an igloo made entirely from repurposed milk bottles. Our collaborations at Casula Powerhouse have not only showcased the artistic potential of salvaged materials but have also sparked conversations about waste, resourcefulness, and environmental responsibility in the arts.
