Our education spaces are open…and available for hire

We were super excited to invite Jo Haylen, Member for Summer Hill to cut our reuse ribbon today to the cheers of donors, team members, board members, councillors, and community.

Jo Haylen, Member for Summer Hill officially opened RGs education spaces on 21 October 2022.

The $45,000 Community Building Partnership grant we were awarded in 2021 made this space much more achievable for us, along with generous donations from community members, and local businesses.

Our awesome learning garden and creative spaces showcase what can be created from reuse resources and will inspire everyone who visits – from preschool groups to university students, from birthday parties to corporate groups.

These are no ordinary classrooms – that wouldn’t be very RG, would it? Imagine a space where everything you see has ‘lived’ before, where everything from the door handles to the wall panels have their own back story.

We’re excited to recommence excursions, to host birthday parties, and to welcome corporate and community events. If you’d like to find out more about hiring the spaces, please complete the room hire form.

The rooms can be set in various formats to suits your style of events. We have a choice of seating depending on your activity – high stools and tables, low stool and tables, or comfy high back chairs.
